Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a high-end adventure travel company specialising in bespoke, luxury experiences. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth into new markets, products, and partnerships.
The Role:
As Business Development Manager you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, working closely with senior leadership to develop partnerships with high-net-worth clients, B2B partners, ski clubs, luxury travel advisors, and lifestyle brands. This is a strategic, client-facing role where a passion for ski and an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
You Will Have:
• 5+ years' experience in business development or sales, ideally in luxury travel or adventure tourism
• A proven track record of closing high-value deals
• A strong network in the luxury travel or outdoor lifestyle space (desirable)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A passion for luxury adventure travel
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and FAM trips
