Senior Ski Chalet Specialist | Oxfordshire | Office/Hybrid/Remote | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a specialist luxury ski travel business who are recruiting a Senior Chalet Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
As Senior Ski Chalet Specialist, you will manage high-value chalet enquiries from initial qualification through to confirmation, using your expert knowledge of the Alpine ski market to recommend the right properties and develop commercially strong proposals. You will build long-term relationships with private clients, travel advisors, concierge partners and industry contacts, while managing the sales pipeline and delivering profitable bookings alongside the exceptional level of service expected.
You Will Have:
• Significant experience in luxury ski, chalet sales or high-end tailor-made travel
• Strong knowledge of major Alpine resorts and the luxury chalet market
• Proven experience selling high-value holidays to discerning clients, including HNW/UHNW customers
• A strong sales track record with excellent conversion and relationship-management skills
• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of margin, commission and gross profit
• Confidence dealing directly with chalet operators, suppliers, travel advisors and concierge partners
• A proactive and organised approach to follow-up, pipeline management and CRM
• Ideally, existing relationships with leading chalet operators, suppliers or a network of repeat clients and industry contacts
• Experience with resorts including Courchevel, Méribel, Val d'Isère, Verbier, Zermatt, St Moritz and Lech would be advantageous

Luxury Travel Sales Consultant | Office-based | Amersham | £28-35,000 + Bonus

The Role:
As Luxury Travel Sales Consultant, you will work with clients to create highly personalised, tailor-made holidays from initial enquiry through to their return home. You'll use your destination knowledge and creativity to design memorable itineraries, manage your own client portfolio and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. You'll also contribute to team sales targets and represent the company at selected events and exhibitions.
Luxury Sales & Operations Specialist | Hampshire | Office Based with hybrid flexibility | Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in ultra-luxury travel and a genuine understanding of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
The Role:
As Luxury Sales & Operations Specialist, you will manage sales enquiries, build strong client relationships and oversee bespoke trips from initial enquiry through to departure, return and follow-up. You'll create tailored itineraries, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate every element of a client's trip, including private jets, ground transport, staffing, ski services, restaurants, spa treatments and events.
Guest Services Executive | Hybrid | SW London | £26,500 + Commission
Gecko Travel Recruitment are thrilled to be working with this award-winning cruise company based in London who are looking for a Guest Services Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
As Guest Services Executive, you will be responsible for handling all pre and post cruise inquiries and correspondence from guests via telephone, email, or letter. You will have previous experience working within a Customer Services environment and a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations. Minimum 12 months experience working in a Guest Service role within the travel industry is essential to be considered for this role.
