The role:

Effectively managing the mix of B2B and B2C sales activity
Managing the performance of each individual team member, adapting and changing your management style to drive the best results from each of them
Ensuring a consistently high service is delivered to all clients and trade partners, whether by phone or email, and pro-actively manage any inconsistencies
Collaborating actively with the BDM's to generate new business through trade partners
Working in partnership with the marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned
You will have:
Previous experience in a variety of sales channels (B2B & B2C)
Tour Operating background
Inspirational leadership skills, with a proven background in leading, motivating and developing a sales team
