Gecko Travel Recruitment are excited to be working with this wonderful travel business who are seeking an Asia specialist Travel Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.
As an Asia specialist, you will work alongside an experienced Travel Team to provide exceptional service and craft unforgettable adventures. You'll aim to meet ambitious sales targets while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, fostering client loyalty for future trips, and generating valuable referrals.
Previous experience selling tailor-made travel to India and or Japan would a huge advantage for this role.
The role:
- Creating bespoke, unforgettable holidays for your customers travelling to Asia
- Providing outstanding service to customers that encourage repeat business
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
- Providing valuable input to the product department to improve the company product offering
- Building relationships with our trade partners
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience selling Asia (essential)
- Experience selling other regions of South Asia is advantageous, Japan & India
- Genuine passion for travel
- Strong sales focus
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills
Additional information/benefits:
- Salary £33-40,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus
- London based 4 days a week

- Requirement to work just one Saturday every 2 months, for which you will receive a day in lieu
