The role:
Be the first point of contact with regards to all groups and events travel enquiries
Completing individual and group booking for air, rail, hotels and other ground arrangements
Putting together client proposals ensuring they are consistent, relevant, accurate and commercially viable
Ongoing maintenance of client relationships
Providing an outstanding service to clients at all times
You will have:
Minimum 2 years experience working for a Tour Operator or Travel agency
Good working knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo GDS
Ability to attend supplier events
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure and have a 'common sense' approach to problem solving

Salary £26-30,000 depending on location and experience
