As Country Manager you will be responsible for managing and ensuring smooth operations by allocating and monitoring team workloads daily. The Country Manager responds efficiently and adaptively to operational challenges, ensuring that service standards and KPIs are consistently met. This position is ideal for someone with a background in incoming tour operations or DMCs, who has experience in product or hotel procurement, who possesses strong knowledge of suppliers, and preferably has some team management experience.
