Gecko Travel Recruitment are excited to be working with this unique travel media company who are looking for a Operations Administrator to join their team.
This is an entry level role and perfect for those looking to get into an exciting industry. As a Operations Administrator you will be supporting the team, assisting with the day to day operation, completing travel bookings and product orders. You'll be providing first class customer service to a range of clients around the world.
The role:
- Supporting the Fulfilment team in completing bookings and product orders
- Deal with queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaise with accounts providing relevant paperwork once bookings are made
- Maintain the database
- Communicate with suppliers via phone and email
You will have:
- A passion to provide excellent customer service and 'go the extra mile'
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Be a team player, enthusiastic and be prepared to get stuck in!
- Have great organisational skills and problem solving abilities
- Have great attention to detail
- Be a fantastic communicator both verbal and written
- Be numerical and be proficient in using Excel and Word

- Salary up to £23,000 plus a bonus up to £2,000 after a year
