Product & Programme Coordinator (GTR1650)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to working with this rapidly expanding travel business who are looking to hire a Product & Programme Coordinator to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, the Product & Programme Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of products on board the ship is in line with customer expectation. In addition, supporting with the arrangements and execution of product offerings and group activities.

This is a full time, office based role in Essex. Easy access to the port is essential for this role.

The Role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and various teams (Marketing, Commercial, Guest Experience) to maintain onboard standards, identify improvement priorities, and ensure deliverable guest experience strategies.
• Develop and implement guest experience policies, processes, and branding ensuring consistent quality through regular ship visits and training.
• Assist with cruise programming, onboard entertainment, sourcing, and procurement of hotel supplies, as well as budgeting and revenue targets.
• Monitor guest and crew feedback to address trends, resolve complaints, and support revenue-generating opportunities while reviewing cost reports to meet financial goals.
• Support guest logistics and movements, ensuring communication aligns with brand standards and handling guest-related arrangements like flights, hotels, and transfers.

You must have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Guest Services role in a hotel, in resort (Overseas) or on board a cruise ship
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Available to travel
• Good relationship skills
• Customer first outlook

Additional Information:

• Salary £30-32,000 per annum
