Finance Lead – Credit Control and Contracts (GTR1693)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are pleased to be working with new client in their search for a Finance Lead – Credit Control and Contracts. This is a new role in the business reporting directly into the Finance Manager.

As a Finance Lead – Credit Control and Contracts you will manage a Credit Control Officer ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment, manage aged debt and provide regular cash flow forecasting.

Significant experience in a similar accounts receivable/credit control role is essential to be considered for this role. 

The role:

• Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment
• Leading a project to recover aged debt
• Resolving discrepancies and delays in payment ensuring that all payments are received within 60 days
• Supportong the plan to centralise all management contracts, fees and invoicing
• Managing, developing and supporting the Credit Control Officer

You will have:

• Significant experience in an accounts receivable/credit control role (essential)
• Part qualified or a CICM is beneficial
• Systematic and well organised
• Experienced people manager
• Experience of setting up new processes and procedures across within accounts receivable

Additional information:

• Salary £45-47,000 depending on experience
• Based in London (SE1)
• Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office 2 days at home
• 33 days annual leave (including public holidays)
