Gecko Travel Recruitment are working exclusively with a start up OTA with backing a of a global organisation. As part of their start up strategy, they are looking to hire a Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial planning and forecasting for the business. Drawing on your finance expertise, you will put into place the finance operations, reporting, analysis, and support the senior leaderships team on their finance decisions.
This is an office based role at our clients head office in Dublin.
The Role:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the companies ambitious growth plans.
- Lead on financial forecasting, budgets and finance planning
- To be the finance business partner to the leadership team, offering advice on key financial decisions
- To put into place financial reporting for internal and external use
- Responsible for payments, invoices, reconciliations, receivables
- Taking responsibilities for regulatory financial reporting
You must have:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Travel industry experience is preferred
- Qualified by experience or part qualified is acceptable
- Be comfortable in a stand alone role
Additional Information:
- €40,000 per annum salary + bonus
- Monday to Friday
