French Speaking Operations Executive (GTR1705)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-known Destination Management Company based in London. They are looking for a French speaking Operations Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Operations Executive, you will take full responsibility for managing confirmed group bookings for your clients, ensuring all necessary services are secured in a timely manner and verifying all details are accurate before the group/event arrival or start.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years of experience in a similar Operations Executive role, preferably within a DMC, along with fluency in both English and French.

The role:

• Take full responsibility for managing confirmed group bookings for your clients
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand client requirements and quotes
• Proactively identify and negotiate the most suitable products and pricing tailored to each client's specific needs
• Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with your clients
• Promptly send invoice amendments to clients, ensuring all payments are received within the specified timelines

You will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working for a UK and Ireland inbound tour operator
• Fluency in English and French is essential
• Groups experience
• Immaculate attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a team as well as individually
