Gecko Travel Recruitment are excited to be working with a wonderful Destination Management Company based in London. They are looking for an Operation Executive - LATAM to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Operations Executive, you will take full responsibility for managing confirmed group bookings for your clients, ensuring all necessary services are secured in a timely manner and verifying all details are accurate before the group/event arrival or start.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Operations Executive role and fluency in English and Spanish are essential to be considered for this position.
The role:
- Taking full responsibility for managing confirmed group bookings for your clients
- Collaborating with the Business Development team to understand client requirements and quotes, and secure appropriate services at competitive rates
- Proactively identify and negotiate the most suitable products and pricing tailored to each client's specific needs
- Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with your clients
- Promptly send invoice amendments to clients, ensuring all payments are received within the specified timelines
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working for a UK and Ireland inbound tour operator
- Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish, are essential and a third language would be advantageous
- Groups experience
- Immaculate attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team as well as individually
Additional Information:
- Salary £28-£32,000 depending on experience
