Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a travel company who are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Manager to join their expanding team.
As the Sales and Customer Service Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage the sales and customer service teams ensuring a seamless sales process and the delivery of high-quality customer service. If you're great at leading a team as well as driving your own sales this could be a great role for you.
The role:
- Lead and mentor the sales and customer service team to meet performance targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns
- Ensure customer service excellence throughout the customer journey
- Review processes within the sales and customer service team to ensure operational efficiency
- Stay up to date with travel trends, products and destination information to inform the team and clients
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of the team
- Manage your own sales enquiries achieving personal sales targets.
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales and customer service supervisor/team leader role
- Proven track record of improving and maintaining sales and customer service KPI's
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams
