As Cruise Guest Services Executive you will provide outstanding customer service through the company's multi-channel communication system, including phone, email, and social media. This involves consistently upholding the highest service standards both before and after travel. You must have some travel industry experience along with experience managing large volumes of email enquiries and handling complex administrative tasks to be considered for this role.
