The role:
Handling sales enquiries and customer queries through phone, email, and live chat
Managing and processing bookings, including handling reservations for unconfirmed trips
Processing customer balances
Following up on post tour customer feedback
Completing general administrative tasks
Addressing customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
You will have:
